FAQs

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?We can ship your product via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Typically, please add approximately .25 cents per item piece for 3-5 day delivery times. Expedited delivery may incur additional costs.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SET-UP CHARGES? We will waive set-up charges for any order meeting or exceeding 24 pieces. If a set-up fee is required, you will be told PRIOR to taking your order and will not exceed $25.00 per design.

WHAT IF I WANT DIFFERENT COLOR APPAREL WITH THE SAME IMPRINT…CAN I CHANGE?Of course! As long as the imprint color and design stay the same, you can choose different garment colors and different garment styles. If the imprint color changes due to your apparel color, you may incur a $10.00 screen charge per change. But, if your order exceeds 72 pieces, we will waive this charge!

 WHAT KIND OF ART CAN I USE?We have literally thousands of clip art designs available. But, most of our projects are custom designs, utilizing the skills of our exceptional art and graphics department.

DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR A SCREEN PRINT JOB?We ask that you please try to meet our minimum of 24 pieces per order. But, we understand that sometimes you may need apparel produced for a fewer amount of people. Give us a call…we want your business!

CAN YOU MATCH COLORS?Our experienced screen print staff will always strive to get the exact color that you request. Just bring in a sample, let us mix the color and approve it for use!

 HOW LONG IS TYPICAL PRODUCTION TIME?We ask that you allow us 14 days from the time of ART APPROVAL. If you submit an art ready job, you can expect finished product in 14 days or less. (Holidays and weekends excluded). If your job requires custom art, we ask that you respond back via e-mail with an art approval so that we can start and complete your job as promised. If you or the person responsible for art approval will be away during any prolonged period of time, we ask that you please designate a secondary person to approve the designs.

OOPS, I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER…NOW WHAT? So long as we did not order your apparel into inventory, you will not be charged anything! However, if your apparel has been received, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the return of the garments. This amount will be deducted from your deposit made at the time of order.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?Absolutely!!!! We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and checks

WHAT IF I NEED A BLANK SAMPLE?We will be more than happy to provide you a sample for a nominal fee. If the sample is returned to us and used within your production run, that cost to you will be refunded. If we have the item in our existing inventory, we will be more than happy to loan it to our local customers free of charge
